Metek's modular construction uses pre-engineered volumetric units that are supplied to customers as structurally engineered load bearing modules. These units can be completely fitted-out or left empty for client fit out.

MBS machinery is used extensively throughout the UK, where 15 modular units for student accommodation are produced daily. Metek also provide components to toilet manufactures.
